Tethered Sky Balloon Hosting Formalities

  • 1. Minimum booking period is one month.
  • 2. Height of hosting from ground level is maximum 100 Ft.
  • 3. Site shifting of balloon will not be possible during the hosting period.
  • 4. The balloon floating is not allowed into restricted/danger/prohibited areas.
  • 5. The rates are valid for Kolkata on same advertising slogan excluding site-rent and all Taxes.
  • 6. Permission from any Local/ Govt. Authority, permission of hosting site & Corporation will be taken by client. Permission of Civil Aviation is mandatory for hosting100 ft. height.
  • 7. Sky balloon floating depends on subject to weather conditions & temperature. Balloon will be dropped in rain or stormy wind or any technical ground during hosting period and on every night.
  • 8. The non lit sky balloon is inflated with Hydrogen gas and in-lit sky balloon is inflated by Helium gas. In case of non availability of gas-cylinders, sky balloon hosting may be delayed or stopped and in that case, we shall not be liable to give any compensation.
  • 9. For ground arrangements & run-ways we need minimum 1800 to 2000 Sq.ft. protected plain and clean area (must be fire free and non smoking zone) with 16/20 nos. of sand bags at your proposed site for landing & gas filling/re-fillings. Mainly roof-top is recommended for safety & security.(Visuals of your proposed location/s to be provided with full address before booking.)
  • 10. It is mandatory for the balloon operators to be present in the location during the period of hosting on each operating day.
  • 11. Lodging & boarding charges plus to & fro 2nd Class railway fair for two heads (balloon operators) with shipping charges per floating must be paid by the client for outside of Kolkata. Required cylinders are to be arranged at your proposed site by client from nearest depot.
  • 12. The balloon with all accessories will be owned by Adart Publicity even after the hosting.
  • 13. Daily Hosting time: For non-lit sky balloon 8 hours i.e. 10-00 A.M.to 5-00 P.M. & for in-lit sky balloon 8 hours i.e. 12-00 A.M. to 8-00 P.M.
  • 14. Delivery: We need minimum 10 working-days for floating the balloon at your proposed site after receiving your order copy along with the final creative & advance payments.
  • 15. Packaging & Delivery/Shipment will be extra on actual outside of Kolkata.
  • 16. Payments: 100% advance with your PO & Rest before delivery.
